2. Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
Regrettably, once your order has been handed to our courier partner, we cannot process cancellations. Even if you’ve opted for cancellation, the courier might still make an attempt to deliver.
3. What happens if I refuse a COD delivery?
Denying acceptance of a COD order upon delivery will lead to the cancellation of all your future COD orders. Subsequently, only prepaid orders would be accepted from your end.

We’ve crafted an ‘Effortless Return Policy’ for our esteemed customers. Should you receive a damaged product, you can raise a return/exchange request within 24 hours, provided you have a video of unboxing the parcel.
5. How do I initiate a return? Step 1: Get in touch with our Customer Support team via email, call, or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the product. Step 2: Share your order ID, details of the product you’d like to return, and reasons for the return. It’s crucial to also provide images and a video of the damaged product, ensuring the order number is clearly visible. Step 3: We’ll arrange for a pickup of the product within 2-4 business days. A refund or replacement will be processed only if the items are returned in their original state with intact seals, labels, and barcodes. Should any of these be tampered with, a partial refund might be the only option.
